Don't eat that!!!!
I just saw one of those in depth news stories on TV of how someone has started a dieting club. Their mission was to start overweight people on the road to eating healthier foods. What they showed on TV was an outdoor picnic type of buffet with lots of fruit and vegetables. There was one woman who was at least 100 lbs over weight and she was chowing down on all the fruit she could find. All I wanted to do was reach through the TV screen and grab that fruit from her and tell her that not all fruit is good when you are trying to lose weight. The carbohydrates found in one piece of fruit can sometimes be as much as a dietitian would allow for a whole meal. Here is a list of fruits to stay away from when trying to lose weight:
