Do your self a favor and investigate any product that makes claims of weight loss or increasing your metabolism. Even if it is a famous product like Alli,Apidexin or even Slimfast. Check it out first. Find out what those ingredients really are. If they state "a secret formula" then stay away from that product. You have every right to know what you are ingesting or putting on your skin.
