A tool to help you lose weight
There are a few tricks that will help you stay on track with your diet and weight loss goals. One of them is creating a spreadsheet that will track your daily calories and the times you eat. Most computers and netbooks come preloaded with spreadsheet software so you just have to access it and use it.
My husband made a spreadsheet and tracked his daily intake of calories, carbs and total amounts each day. When he came to the point when he wasn't losing anymore weight he could show the spreadsheet to his dietitian and she could then see what was going on. She could then tell him how to adjust his diet to start losing weight again.
