A jogging buddy

One of the best ways to be motivated to exercise is to have a buddy. If you are lucky enough to have a pet dog, what a better way to exercise your dog and yourself at the same time? Both of you would benefit from the workout. I sometimes go jogging with my four legged home alarm systems from time to time. They enjoy the time I spend with them and I feel relaxed and rejuvenated after the jog.
